One mobility network for Randwyck
Randwyck is a major employment area in Maastricht. As part of the mobility program run by SIM Randwyck and Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar, employers can use Slinger free of charge for a year. The result: one shared network for employees across the whole area.
More employers means more chances of a match
Every day, lots of people travel to Randwyck, often with empty seats in their car. By connecting employees from different employers in the same area, the pool of potential matches grows. A suitable ride might just as well come from someone at another company around the corner.
Easy to start and instantly part of the network
Getting started with Slinger is easy for employers. They sign up on the platform and are automatically linked to their own company environment and to the shared Randwyck network. Slinger guides employers through onboarding and communication. Ready-made materials are waiting in the Media Library, and employers can join the shared ReisFlex campaign. The first employers are being onboarded now, after which the network will grow step by step.

The program is a partnership between SIM Randwyck, Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar and the City of Maastricht. They bring employers, mobility providers and area-wide communication together in one program. Together, we aim to connect 50% of the companies in Randwyck. Slinger covers the carpooling part. So the platform doesn't stand alone: it's part of a broader approach to make Randwyck easier to reach.
