With its Green & Clean policy, Lowlands is actively committed to more sustainable travel. That’s why Slinger is once again the festival’s carpool partner in 2026. Travel to Biddinghuizen with three or four people and you don’t just split the costs, the festival starts on the way there.

Driving to Lowlands

Driving to Lowlands? Set your navigation to Biddinghuizen and, once you’re near Walibi Holland, follow the signs for P Lowlands. The organisers ask visitors to stick to the signposted route so traffic is spread as evenly as possible across the available car parks.

Parking at Lowlands

If you’re coming by car, you’ll need a parking ticket. Depending on your accommodation there are different parking areas, such as the regular parking, Easy Camp parking and Gllamcamp parking. Check in advance which car park matches your ticket or accommodation.

Carpooling to Biddinghuizen

The roads around Biddinghuizen, including the A28 and N302, can get busy during arrival and departure. By sharing a ride you help cut the number of cars, split fuel and parking costs and make the journey a lot more fun. Slinger makes it easy to find other Lowlands visitors from your region.

By public transport

Lowlands is also easy to reach by train. Travel to Lelystad station, where free shuttle buses are ready to take you straight to the festival site. At peak times the buses run very frequently. From 2026, the official shuttle service runs exclusively from Lelystad station.
