Sending newsletters 

We have a newsletter and you will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. In the newsletter you will read news, tips and information about our products and services. We use your e-mail address for this.

Taking out a subscription 

You can take out a paid subscription with our company Slinger, where we use your personal data to handle payment. For this, we use your:

• Telephone number; 
• Invoice address;
• Email address; 
• Name and address details. 

We have a legitimate interest in this and will keep this information until you cancel the subscription. We keep certain customer data longer with regard to statutory tax retention obligations. 

Contact form 

The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. We use your name, e-mail address and the name of your organisation for this.

We have a legitimate interest in this and will keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and for three months subsequently. This allows us to easily refer to the information when we have follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to improve even further. 

Portal access 

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things for the company by yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, which means that proof of this is available. We use your: 

• Email address;
• Name and address details;
• Telephone number; 
• Invoice address;
• Payment details. 

We have a legitimate interest in this and will keep this information for three months after the end of our service to you. 

Disclosure to other companies or institutions 

Except for the parties required to provide the services mentioned above, we do not under any circumstances disclose your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless so required by law (e.g. if the police demand it in case of suspected crime). 

Statistics 

We keep statistics on the use of our business, however, this data is at all times anonymised. 

Our company includes social media buttons, which are used by the operators of these services to collect your personal data.

Our company uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so you do not need to fill in the same information on the website every time. But they also allow us to see that you are revisiting us.
